A survey in Canada demonstrates that about 65.2 percent of the repliers quit smoking to maintain their healthy lifestyle. So what is keeping you from saying goodbye to your cigarette pack?

4. Give your eyes a rest

Proper rest should be given to the eyes to lessen the eye muscle tension and reduce the risk of eye strain. For this cause, you should take enough sleep (at least 8 hours a day).

When staring at your computer or focusing on anything, stick to the 20–20–20 rule. It is not as tangled as it looks. You have to take a break every 20 minutes to look at an object 20 feet away from you for 20 seconds. This practice reduces eye fatigue.
